DHL’s impressive Airside Facility at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, with its in-house customs clearance, advanced x-ray screening and latest explosive detectors holds an envious position among logistics players. This facility also enjoys the distinction of setting DHL apart as the first and only air express company in Pakistan to acquire a Class ‘A’ TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certification, in addition to being ISO 9001:2008 certified.
DHL has also made considerable investments in a state-of-the-art Quality Control Center (QCC) in Karachi. The QCC serves as a nerve center for all shipments coming in or going out of Pakistan by providing real-time tracking data, from shipment pick-up to final delivery.
